Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and myslot ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the myslot website accessible at https://myslot.click and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

myslot reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access real-money features of the myslot platform, you are required to complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details to ensure they remain accurate at all times.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide, among other details, your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian residential address, valid email address, and a contact number. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly permitted to hold only one registered account on myslot at any given time. Creating or operating duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, names, or device identifiers — is prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. myslot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. 5.1 Own Funds Only

All deposits must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made via accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. myslot reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership at any time.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Players may set voluntary deposit limits through their account responsible gambling settings. Such limits, once set, may be reduced immediately but any increase is subject to a24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

5.3 Currency

All accounts on myslot operate in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Transactions made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. For USDT deposits, the MYR equivalent is calculated at the live exchange rate at the time of crediting.

5.4 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits require one network confirmation and are typically credited within 15–30 minutes. These are estimates and myslot does not guarantee specific processing times.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your myslot account are subject to the following conditions and procedures. myslot is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly, with the majority of e-wallet withdrawals completed within 60 minutes of approval.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

A withdrawal request may be submitted only where: (a) your account KYC verification is complete; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fulfilled; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance; and (d) no open disputes or security reviews are pending on your account.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

7.1 Wagering Requirements

7.2 Game Contributions

7.3 Bonus Validity

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Fairness

8.2 Technical Errors

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the myslot platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years;
• Creating or operating more than one account on the platform;

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
